BDR-017: `full` profile = web-full + plan + dev superset for end-to-end MVP via /init-project. Alternatives rejected: extend web-full (different semantic), profile-of-profiles (not supported), keep 3 apply-chained. LRN-020: sentinel/identifier collision pattern — `cmd_current`'s "full (no profile set)" literal collided with new profile name. Renamed to "none".
