bastien a6ff0e62ed feat(close): add /close skill for session-end memory ritual ... Manual fallback for the 3-question ritual (what was decided / learned / blocked) when none of the completion skills ran. Pre-fills BDR/LRN/ BLK candidates from git log + conversation context, presents for validation, appends approved entries to .claude/memory/ registries plus a timeline line in journal.md.
