CROSS-AGENT NOTES flow clarified — dispatcher escalates to SEO.md §11 as user action with automation options (Option B). - agents/seo-analyzer.md: STEP 2 detects 8 CMS (WordPress/Drupal/Magento/Shopify/Joomla/PrestaShop/Ghost/Wix-Squarespace-Webflow) and presence of SEO plugins.
