Git auto-detected renames to `.claude/tasks/`, so `tasks/` directory removed implicitly at commit time. - If dir persists empty after `git rm`: ask user to run `rmdir tasks` manually. - **Status**: resolved (fixed via `git rm` + rename auto-detection; no `rmdir` needed in practice).
