bastien	dd77177c72	chore(release): update docs and changelog for v3.4.0 ... Bump version to 3.4.0. Changelog covers 9 new skills, 7 new agents, install.sh bootstrap, hooks, and plugins.lock additions. README and USAGE updated with new skill table, decision tree, and patterns.
