Wrap the frontmatter description in quotes (defensive valid-YAML: it contains an em-dash and an apostrophe). Add skills/design-motion-principles to the external-skill-symlink ignore allowlist so it matches its 4 siblings (emil-design-eng, frontend-design, darwin-skill, find-skills) and stops surfacing as untracked noise — consistent with the LRN-025 allowlist rule. Two modes: Create and Audit. Complements frontend-design (broad) with deep motion expertise.
