Every superpowers-prefixed skill call in ship-feature, init-project, tour,
deploy, audit-delta, plugin-advisor and lib/analyze-before-plan now names
the vendored skill directly. finishing-a-development-branch is described
as the upstream skill this config does not vendor (gitflow finish is the
integration path). CLAUDE.global.md Skill routing maps the four
non-vendored skills the vendored text still references. settings.json
loses the plugin key and its marketplace block; README, USAGE,
plugin-advisor and the profile skill describe superpowers as vendored
skills, always on, zero plugin cost. CHANGELOG entry with a known
residual.
Nine gstack skills leave every profile (ship is trunk-based on Gitea,
land-and-deploy auto-merges and deploys, setup-deploy, autoplan reads
paths that do not exist here, context-save has no restore, learn is an
unused parallel store, careful and guard hooks never fired, design-shotgun
needs an absent OpenAI key). lib/gstack-removed.sh is the single denylist;
profile.sh gstack on and toggle-external.sh enable gstack skip it.
full now carries everything every other profile carries (user rule), minus
the parked make-pdf, diagram and 21st-ai/ui-explore/ui-review, which live
in the new max profile together with pr-review-toolkit. The 21st trio also
leaves web, web-full and design (redundant with impeccable + ui-ux-pro-max).
lib/tests/profile-census.test.sh asserts the invariants live and on a
baseline fixture plus one mutant per invariant; gstack-removed.test.sh
covers both restore paths.
One ask policy; mandated executors exempt from the delegation rule; skill plan satisfies the planning rule; journal line exempt from the approval gate; chore = maintenance without new behaviour; small fix on develop = bugfix; BDR-068 written as the one auto-finish exception; deploy routes to /deploy. Skills and agents follow: hotfix types by base + skips the design gate on trivial; capitalize/close create missing registries; commit-change asks the branch type; doc/seo/web-validate/refactor branch through the aiguillage; tour reports BREAKING fixes as needs-decision and runs doc-syncer two-mode; client-handover applies audit bundles from its main loop behind one gate; init-project/onboard use the 200-file graphify signal and bootstrap memory; release-candidate gates the tag push only; push wording aligned with the BDR-095 hooks; stale pointers fixed (§ Language, .gsd/ROADMAP.md, handover script path, design-gate lists).
STEP 12 ran `gsd init` AFTER FINISH, creating ROADMAP.md + .gsd/ in the working
tree once the merge had already integrated committed history only — so the
artifacts stranded outside the merge/PR (BLK-011, 3rd post-FINISH artifact after
memory + docs).
Resolved by REMOVAL, not by plumbing a commit: STEP 12 speculatively bootstrapped
a heavy multi-session engine (state machine / crash recovery / cost tracking /
parallel workers) that is opt-in and rarely used. Deleting the producer means the
orphan is never created — a negative diff beats building a gsd-commit helper for an
artifact nobody commits to using.
Deliberate GSD use is untouched: initializable on-demand (`/onboard add gsd`, or
`gsd init` in a terminal), still recommended by plugin-advisor, still read by
/status. init-project is now an 11-step pipeline.
Coherence sweep (the "test" for a removal): zero dangling STEP-12 refs — header
12->11-step, the STEP 10c note, and 4 USAGE.md worked-example references all updated
to on-demand init.

Reorder: SYNC README moves from STEP 12 (post-FINISH) to STEP 10c (after 10b capitalize, before 11 FINISH) and gains lib/doc-commit.md; GSD 13 → 12. Final order: 10b capitalize -> 10c doc-sync -> 11 FINISH -> 12 GSD — both artifact-commits (memory, docs) land before FINISH, so they reach the merge/PR (twin of the ship-feature fix, BDR-034). Partial-fix note added: scaffold + STEP 5b bootstrap-README commit gap (BLK-010) and GSD-post-FINISH ROADMAP (BLK-011) are deliberately out of scope — separate chantiers.
Ref-coherence (the swap flips STEP 12's meaning SYNC-README -> GSD and removes 13, so refs by number must move, not just a vanishing number): PROGRESS PROTOCOL 13-step -> 12-step + STEP <N>/13 -> /12. USAGE.md: 5 refs corrected (table 12-13 -> 11-12 steps; pipeline illustration reworked so sync README shows BEFORE finish; 3 GSD-as-STEP-13 refs -> STEP 12). Each USAGE ref read individually post-swap — all were correct at 13, correct at 12 after fix, none accidentally-true/silently-false. Latent-bug check: init-project had NO stale ref from the capitalize chantier (STEP 10b was a non-shifting letter insertion, not a swap). Historical records (BDR-017 '13 steps', CHANGELOG STEP 13 GSD, BLK-011) left as-is — append-only; closing entry documents the renumber.

Clearer scoped name for the W3C + WCAG skill. Updated: folder (git mv),
frontmatter name, H1 title, command refs, CLAUDE.md routing, 6 profiles
(functional — activate the skill by folder name), cross-refs in
harden/seo/depth-matrix/client-handover, agent dispatch refs, README +
USAGE tables.
Confidentiality: the client-deliverable leak-guard regex
(client-handover-writer.md) now matches BOTH /web-validate and legacy
/validate, so older client docs stay covered.
Left intentionally: validator-analyzer agent name (lockstep with
subagent_type + registry), .validate-cache/ + VALIDATE.md (audit-file
family {SEO,GEO,HARDEN,CSO,VALIDATE}.md), .claude/ history (append-only),
CHANGELOG old entry (added a new "renamed" entry instead). NL trigger
keywords kept so "validate" still routes here. Third-party html-validate
untouched.

Reflect the /close → /capitalize --ritual merge in the session-loaded routing
table (CLAUDE.md) and the README/USAGE command tables: capitalize now also
reconciles .claude/tasks/TODO.md, --ritual adds the end-of-session reflection,
and /close is documented as an alias. Does not touch the in-progress caveman
purge edits in these files (left unstaged).

Run /doc clean over the public docs and apply the verified items.
- README: drop the unused CONTEXT7_API_KEY step from fresh-install (the
var is never read; add an optional ctx7 setup section), complete the
Makefile target table (+link, onboard, profile×3), add personal-skill
rows (audit-delta, capitalize, prune-memory, pdf-translate) with a
scope note, link CHANGELOG.md.
- USAGE: add audit-delta / capitalize / prune-memory to the decision
tree, the quick-decision table, and the command reference, plus a
scope note about plugin/marketplace skills.
- CHANGELOG: add a Keep-a-Changelog [Unreleased] section with a drafted
(review-flagged) summary of changes since 3.4.0.
GSD notation left unchanged: gsd --help confirms both 'gsd <cmd>' (CLI)
and '/gsd <cmd>' (in-TUI) are valid, so no blanket rewrite. CHANGELOG
[Unreleased] is a draft for human review, not exhaustive.

Table in Pattern C (onboard) referenced tasks/ in steps 2, 7, 9 and
the post-onboard cat command. Aligns with the new governance layout.

USAGE.md Pattern C expanded with the 9-STEP pipeline table and post-run
flow. CLAUDE.md skill routing line updated to reflect the new scope
(config + archetype detection + full audit pipeline + backlog).

Bump version to 3.4.0. Changelog covers 9 new skills, 7 new agents,
install.sh bootstrap, hooks, and plugins.lock additions. README and
USAGE updated with new skill table, decision tree, and patterns.
TODO items marked done.
