bastien a2e654d89f feat(rules): write-time UI reflexes in web-building.md, from ui-skills 
Fourteen lines of stack-agnostic micro-rules (dvh, safe-area, paste,
tabular-nums, text-wrap, z-index scale, compositor-only motion, 44 px
targets, focus-visible, status not by color alone, errors by the field,
one accent per view). Case 3 of the 6-repo review: nothing installed.

Bastien Chanot 12e5324065 feat(rules): user permanent rules — writing style, web building, web security (BDR-085) 
Three rules/ files from the user's permanent-rules text:
- writing-style.md (always-on): em-dash ban, no it's-not-X-it's-Y, no
  emoji, no decorative bold, no reflex triads, no hedging chains, slop
  vocabulary ban, sentence-length variety, deliverable self-check.
  Scope carve-outs keep caveman registries, code comments, skill
  templates intact.
- web-building.md (path-scoped): design anti-default list + public-site
  done checklist (report missing items, never invent them).
- web-security.md (path-scoped): browser-exposed keys, service-key/client
  split, RLS, server-side auth, IDOR, cookie flags, field minimization,
  rate limiting — extends §Security, no dup of the core.
Project CLAUDE.md rules/ doctrine: 320-budget exception for standalone
always-on user rule sets.

Bastien ChanotandClaude Opus 4.8 06391a6247 feat(rules): rules/ directory symlinked into ~/.claude like the other dirs 
Claude Code loads modular rule files from ~/.claude/rules/ (user scope,
recursive, markdown, optional paths: frontmatter for lazy path-scoped
loading — stable, symlink-supported). The repo had no rules/ at all, so
the ctx7 setup had created ~/.claude/rules as a REAL directory outside
version control — invisible to the repo, unreproducible on a new machine.

- rules/README.md — doctrine: one rule per file; paths:-scoped extraction
  is the token win, always-on doctrine stays in CLAUDE.md
- link.sh — rules added to the symlinked-dirs loop
- .gitignore — rules/context7.md ignored (machine-owned: `ctx7 setup`
  (re)writes it, same treatment as skills/find-docs/)
