Add skills/design-motion-principles to the external-skill-symlink ignore allowlist so it matches its 4 siblings (emil-design-eng, frontend-design, darwin-skill, find-skills) and stops surfacing as untracked noise — consistent with the LRN-025 allowlist rule.
