/prune-memory first run flagged body↔Index drift on BDR-011:
- Index row (since 2026-05-11): `superseded by BDR-013`
- Body line 201 (since 2026-05-07): `Status: accepted`

BDR-013 explicitly supersedes BDR-011's 4-chapter doc structure with
6-chapter restructure (scores+NAP promoted). Body now consistent with
Index.
